FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Saku 2001 Pictures and Fleecy's Greetings Online VANTAA, FINLAND - September 19th, 2001 - Following the tradition of the Finnish Amiga Users Group's Saku events, Saku 2001 generated a lot of material in the form of pictures, sounds and text, which is now available online. The release of this material was delayed due to the unfortunate events in the U.S. last week. We here at the Finnish Amiga Users Group offer our condolences to those affected by these atrocities. The Saku 2001 picture report covers the whole event. Although Fleecy Moss of Amiga Inc. had to cancel his attendance at the last minute, he sent his warm greetings to all Finnish Amigans. The welcoming speech of Event Coordinator Terho Henriksson and the auditorium presentation of Cloanto's Michael C. Battilana are available in MP3 format. Webcam pictures have been packed into MPEG animation, and the IRC log of #Saku2001 channel was saved by Sakubot. All material, including Fleecy's letter to Saku 2001, can be found via the official page of the Saku 2001 event at http://saku.amigafin.org/saku2001. Because of the large filesize, Michael Battilana's presentation and the webcam animation have been transferred directly to Aminet, where they will be available in a few days via the links on the event page. Additional inquiries about the material can be sent to Anu Seilonen (thoriel@sci.fi).
